DCH FOUNDATION FOUNDATION STAFF: Molly Baldwin, Vice President, Development
Molly Baldwin joined DCH as Vice President of Development in March 2011. A longtime Alabama resident, Molly returns to the state from Charleston, South Carolina after almost 12 years. While in Charleston, she worked with the consulting firm Corporate DevelopMint for 10 years, primarily with hospital and other healthcare foundations. Molly has worked with capital campaigns ranging in size from $2 million to $26 million for healthcare systems, hospices, and retirement communities from North Carolina to Mississippi. Recent clients include St. Dominic Health Services Foundation in Jackson, Mississippi, Roper-St. Francis Healthcare Foundation in Charleston, South Carolina, New Hanover Regional Medical Center Foundation in Wilmington, North Carolina, and Tuomey Healthcare System Foundation in Sumter, South Carolina. Her consulting roles have included evaluating, planning and running capital campaigns, directly managing major gifts officer staffs, serving as interim executive director, assessing Foundation operations, creating Foundation strategic plans, and formulating annual giving tactical plans. Molly was raised in Decatur, Alabama and is a graduate of the University of Montevallo. Before pursuing her work in philanthropy, she earned a culinary degree from Johnson and Wales University in Charleston, SC, developed recipes and presented live cooking shows for the Southern Living Cooking School and lived in Birmingham for several years. Her extended family lives in Decatur and on Smith Lake. They are all thrilled to have her and her children, Mac and Libby, back within “weekend visiting distance”.

Angela Fulmer joined the staff of the DCH Foundation in May 2008, having served previously as Director of Marketing for DCH. She enjoys the opportunity to be a part of the DCH team, working to ensure the very best healthcare services are available right here inour own community. Angela is especially thankful to the more than 3000 people from throughout West Alabama who helped build the new DCH Cancer Center through their generous contributions. A native of Fayette and graduate of the University of Alabama, Angela and her husband Lenny, have lived in Tuscaloosa since 1973. They have two sons, Tom and David, and one daughter Lindsey. Casey Johnson joined the staff of the DCH Foundation in February 2008. Prior to that time, she worked in marketing and planned events throughout the country. Her desire to make a difference in the Tuscaloosa community led her to DCH, and she enjoys raising funds through events to help others in need. A native of Montgomery, Alabama and (ahem!) an Auburn fan, Casey took years of abuse and criticism from loyal Alabama fans. She chose a completely different sports team to cheer for when she met her husband, Joe. Together with their two boys, Tucker and Finley, they cheer for the Ohio State Buckeyes year-round. June Wyatt, Financial Coordinator
June Wyatt is a native of Laurel, MS and came to Tuscaloosa in 1990. She has been with the DCH Health System for 21 years working in the Marketing Division. During these 21 years, she has worked with the DCH Foundation, Communications/Public Relations, and Market Research. In March 2011, she joined the DCH Foundation to be the incoming Financial Coordinator. June is married to Darin Wyatt and they have two daughters, Cara and Kelsey. They love to travel and to be in the great outdoors! She is very excited for the opportunity to work with the Foundation and assist in providing the best health care in the nation.
After many years away from Tuscaloosa, Susan Snow moved back to the West Alabama area in 2008 and joined the DCH Foundation staff in March of that year. Prior to her move Susan spent much of her life in the Atlanta, GA area working for a Japanese ice machine manufacturer. Always planning a trip, Susan also enjoys Alabama football, her garden, reading, and spending time with her two dogs.

After being a full-time homemaker for (too many) years, Shawn Wyatt joined the Foundation in December of 2006 in order to offer support for the Cancer Center Capital Campaign. Currently, as a part-time Development Assistant, she is involved in many aspects of the Foundation. Shawn is originally from Atlanta, Georgia and is a graduate of the University of Alabama. She has an extensive background in community service and events. She is married to Robert Wyatt and they have two daughters, Elizabeth and Olivia.
