Welcome! The DCH Foundation, Inc. is located in beautiful Tuscaloosa, Alabama.  We support the DCH Health System, which services all of West Alabama spanning an 11 county area. 

The DCH Foundation receives donations through a variety of sources, including individuals, foundations and corporations. Some give in memory of a friend or family member, or to express gratitude for care received. Many simply want to have an impact on the quality of local health care for friends and neighbors.  In all cases, our donors know their gift supports healthcare needs in their West Alabama community.

The DCH Foundation was organized in September 1973.  Since that time, approximately 140 community leaders have served on the Board of Directors.  The DCH Foundation's vision is to be the not-for-profit organization of choice to support those served by the DCH Health System.  It is the responsibility of each citizen and stake holder to make sure that financial resources are available to deliver an exceptional level of care and to meet the challenges of the future. 

DCH Health System provides high-quality, compassionate, community-based health services to the communities we serve through our employees, physicians and volunteers in a financially responsible manner.
